Invite staff and set their role
Bring a colleague into your store and choose what they are allowed to do.

Send an invitation
- In your admin, open Users (admin page).
- Scroll to Staff invitations and tap Invite staff.
- Type their Email address.
- Choose their Access — whether they can invite other people too.
- Tap Send invitation.
They get an email with a link to join your store.
Set what they can do
Once they accept and join, open Users, tap their name in the list, and choose their Roles there. A role decides which parts of your admin — products, orders, settings and more — they can see and change.
