Razorpay or Cashfree still charge their own fee on each online payment, on every platform. That fee goes to them, not us. Orders beyond your plan's monthly count cost a flat ₹2 each on Basic and Growth, ₹1 on Business, never a percentage.

Is there a transaction fee?
No. We take 0% of every sale, on every plan. Your payment gateway (Razorpay or Cashfree) charges its own fee on online payments, the same as anywhere else. If you go past your plan's monthly orders, each extra order costs a flat ₹1 to ₹2, depending on your plan.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up with your email and use your store free for 14 days. If you do nothing, the trial just ends.
What happens when my plan ends?
We email you before it ends. After it ends, your store stays open for 7 more days. Then the store pauses and your admin becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Pay, and everything comes back at once.
Will you ever charge me automatically?
No. There is no auto-debit and we never keep your card. You pay for 1 or 12 months at a time, when you choose to.
Can I move from Instagram or another platform?
Yes. From Instagram, add products by hand or upload a spreadsheet. From Shopify or WooCommerce, export your products and upload the file. We read their column names and copy your photos across. Past orders and customer lists do not move over.
Where does my money go?
Straight to your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, on their usual schedule. We never hold your money.
Do I need to know coding?
No. Your store starts with a theme, pages and menus. Everything else is a form or drag and drop.
