Is GST added on top?
No. We are not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. 0% commission on every plan. Orders beyond your plan's monthly count cost a flat ₹2 each on Basic and Growth, ₹1 on Business, never a percentage.
What counts as an order?
Any order a customer places on your store, however they pay. Going over your plan's count never stops your store.
What if I stop paying?
We email you before your plan ends. Your store stays open 7 more days, then pauses. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving up starts now, and the unused part of your current plan counts toward the new one. Moving down starts when your current time ends.
Is there a contract?
No. You buy 1 or 12 months. Nothing renews by itself.
Can you set up my store for me?
Yes, as a paid add-on. We load your products and set up shipping, tax and payments. It is included on Business.
