If you want the Grievance Officer rather than support, for a complaint about unlawful content on a store we host or about how we handled a complaint, write to the officer named on the grievance page. That page also publishes how long each kind of complaint takes.

You bought something from a store hosted here
We host the shop; we did not sell you the item. For an order, a delivery or a refund, contact the store you bought from. Their contact details are on their own site, and they are the only ones who can help with your order.
