Create an order by hand

Before you begin

• At least one payment method enabled, or cash on delivery, to choose at checkout.

Create the order

1. In your admin, open Orders (admin page).
2. Tap Create order.
3. Under Products, search by name or SKU and tap a product or variant to add it.
4. Under Customer, search for an existing customer, or enter their details manually.
5. Choose a Shipping method if the order needs delivery.
6. Under Payment, choose a Payment method.
7. Add an Internal note for your team or a Customer note if needed.
8. Check the Summary totals, then tap Create order.
