Set up shipping zones and rates
Create shipping zones for the areas you deliver to and add rates such as flat rate or free shipping.

Before you begin
- The countries, states or areas you deliver to.
Create a shipping zone
- In your admin, open Shipping and delivery (admin page).
- Under Shipping zones, tap Add zone.
- Enter a Zone name and pick the countries and states it covers.
- Tap Create zone.
Add a shipping method
- Open the zone, then tap Add method.
- Choose a Method type: Flat rate, Free shipping, Weight based, Price based, Local pickup or Table rate.
- Enter a Name and, for a flat rate, the Base cost.
- Tap Add method.
Shipping profiles and classes
Shipping profiles group products that ship together, and Shipping classes let you charge different rates for bulky or fragile items. Both are set up on the same Shipping and delivery page.
