Import products from a CSV

Upload many products at once from a CSV or Excel file instead of adding them one by one.

Before you begin

A CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file with your product details, up to 12MB.
No file yet? Download a starting template in the next step.

Import your products

In your admin, open Products (admin page).
Tap Import.
On the Upload step, drag your file onto the box, or tap it to browse and choose a file.
On the Mapping step, match each column in your file to a product field. Keep Product Name and Price mapped.
Choose an Import mode: create new products, update existing products by SKU, or both.
Tap Continue to Preview.
Check how many rows are valid and how many have errors, then tap Import (the button shows how many rows will be imported).

Check what happened

Large files are processed in the background. Open Import history (admin page) from the Products page to see each import's progress and which rows failed, and why.
