Check your plan
- In your admin, open Plan & Billing (admin page).
- The top card shows your plan, its status, and the date it is paid until.
- If it says Grace period or Suspended, renew as soon as you can.
Plans are prepaid — nothing renews on its own. Buying or renewing adds time to what you already have, so you never lose days you already paid for.
Renew or buy more time
Tap Renew now if your plan has lapsed, or Buy plan validity to add time while it is still active.
To change your plan itself, contact us — the address is shown on this page under your plan name.
Check how much you're using
Below your plan status, Resource Usage shows how many products, how much storage, and how many staff accounts you are using against your plan's limits.
